I am looking at going on a high fibre, low in fat diet but am not sure what foods are what, can you give me some ideas please, plenty if you have them as i am a fussy eater which does not help! Also, with low fat items what is the maximum grams that i would not want to go past to still be classed a 'low fat' and what grams would be classed as high fibre (above.gr)Your help is appreciated.
