I'm on a high in fiber diet for health and weight loss reasonsMy mother passed away from cancer and she was a diabetic, high blood pressure, 6 heart attacks.so this kicked my butt into actionI'm almost 40 and weigh about 190 lbsI should workout more than I do, but on the food side 90% of the time I'm on target with good habitsI need to know numbers with advice on fibers, fats, cal.s, carbsETCthen on e other hand with the exercisePlus I'd like to do the same for my 11 yrolds son, please help me out.thanks!
