I would guess you would be making DOT 3.5 LOL All brake fluid is Polyethylene glycol based hydraulic fluid except dot 5 which is silicone based and is blue instead of red. The difference is the boiling point of each. DOT 3 is 205 degrees DOT 4 is 230 DOT 5 is 260 DOT 3 and 4 absorb water out of the air which lowers its boiling point up to 60 degrees. Eventually needing to be replaced. Most cars after 2005 use DOT 4.
I would not just pay a little bit more and get another bottle.
