Answer:

Carbon can be shaped in such a way to give in one direction and be stiff in anotherFor example, a carbon bike can feel more compliant over bumps while still being efficientAn aluminum bike that is stiff enough to be efficient will be less compliant.
Bran would be the easiest source of fiber to bake into a treat (All-Bran cereal, Bran Buds, etc)Rolled oats are also are high in fiberDried blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries are treats you could just dehyrate and give wholeSplit peas are very high in fiber, if you can find a way to incorporate them into a recipeMost beans/legumes are good for being high in fiberWhile pumpkin is a good source of fiber, it's not so high in fiber (as you requested) as the foods listed aboveSorry I can't give you a recipe, but if you find one you like, and incorporate the above, your fiber requirement will be metObviously, the dehyrated berries would be easiest.stay away from raisins-they are NOT healthy for dogs.
Carbon is stronger and lighter than aluminum, not stiffer Yes, a carbon fiber frame or fork will absorb road shock and vibration better than aluminum, and therefore feel more comfortable.
It has to do with the design of the bikeI can tell the difference between my road bike with cro-molly forks and the one with carbon onesCarbon is more flexible then aluminum after all they make fishing poles out of itThey can also make it very stiff where it's needed.
BJ's NoEach frame has its own meritEach is comfortable and has different ride qualitiesSteele is without question the most comfortable ridingThen ti, carbon, and aluminum In that order. Not many people out there have ridden a good quality steel frame.so they would not have a clueSome of the very top made bikes out there still offer quality steel framesOthers did not convert over to other materials until rather recently in the scheme of thingsSoccerref
