If you set up a crane as high as a skyscraper on the ground it would fall over before you can say cat in a hatSo do they set up cranes on the skyscraper itself for each level they build?

My cousin tried P90x and said it is best for thinner people looking to get great musclesHe tried it and said it takes up a lot of time and the meal plan was hard to follow word for wordHe said that he wished he tried the insanity work out from 'beach body' because it seems to be mostly cardio which is better for loosing pounds and insanity only takes 2 months (vs3 for p90x) Good luck though, you might have a better experience with it.
For taller buildings they use what's called a tower craneIt's different from just a normal crane with wheels that you see for smaller projects (like small parking garages that are only a few stories) A tower crane has a metal tower base that supports it and it can grow as the building growsThe crane has a hydraulic system that will lift it up enough to add a new section of tower every time they need to raise itA lot of times a smaller crane is needed to help put up and take down the tower crane, they're humungous.
