How can I build an internal combustion engine?

I own a small company and I need a 3000 hp ICE engine, otto cycle, (yes, 3000 hp)The price of a Commercial engine this size is way out of my budgetHow can I build one?, I am not sure how bad this idea could be but I have been thinking in hiring an ICE technician, fabricating some parts in a shop and integrating also components from manufacturers, in order to build one form scratch at reduced investmentWhat do you think? what technical recommendations can you give me? Thanks for your comments.

Visit your local Rolls Royce dealer and order yours with the special Pumpkin Orange paint Sorry, I saw two good recipes already posted for the Pumpkin Roll recipe you're looking for, but I just could not resist the set-up you provided.

Does your company specialize in engine-related machines? If not, I don't think you should step that way, since it is really a field of its ownAs far as I know, engine parts are normally made by the casting processTo develop a decent engine design alone would take a lot of knowledge, let alone the experience needed to build oneIn addition to a technician, I think that you would probably need an engineer specializing in ICE just for thisI'm not sure what you're using it for, but even trucks and cranes uses only up to 500-1000hp diesel enginesIf I were you, I would think twice about spending the time, money and effort before driving my company into a completely new directionIn any case, good luck!
