Question:

How can I connect a desktop to the internet through a laptop?

I have the wireless router connectedIn the other room I have a laptop and a desktopThe laptop works fine on the internet, but my desktop can't since it doesn't have a wireless adapterI tried connecting them both with the wired ethernet but neither ICS nor Bridging worksI think I configured it wrong though.

Answer:

lewis dot is just the atom's symbol (in this case calcium Ca) in the middle surrounded by the number of valence electrons (in this case 2)so you would just draw Ca then a dot on the left and right, or together on top if u wishfollow the above for phosphorus, magnesium 2+ (this means there're 2 less electronsdraw regular minus 2 dots), then sulfur 2- (this means there're 2 extra electronsdraw regular plus 2 dots)
You are better to buy a wireless adaptor for the pc, this way you do not put performance penalties on the laptopIf you really wish to use the laptop you need to use ICS, but connect the machines with a cross-over cable instead of the standard CAT5 cableUninstall any bridging you have set upUse the network wizards to set up the ics on the wireless laptop adaptor, then the connection from the desktopSet them both to the same workgroup name and set the second machine to connect via another computerYour problem is most likely the cable.
