I bought this new triple fiber powder that I need to mix with either juice or waterI tried mixing it with both and ended up throwing the rest out after 3 gulpsI really need to take those 11g of fiber for my system, but I just can't! Can somebody suggest ideas on how I can sufficiently drink the stuff without throwing up or out? It tastes like ground almonds and it's ground into a semi-course powerThanks a lot! :D
