I have a 1991 E Z Loader trailer with the front right torsion bar out of alignment, this is the side with the brake drum (which is disconnected, no brake pads). The trailer does not track properly. Is this a doable thing? And can a handyman do it? Your expertise and answer will be greatly appreciated.
