Question:

How can I fix a puncture hole in the bottom of my aluminum boat?

Its a 14 foot boat that is about 3 foot wideI'm not sure about the thickness of the aluminum but its on the thin sideThe hole is about the size of a quarter.

Answer:

Put it in the washer with hot water and the detergent of your choiceThen put it in the dryer.
go to welding shop have hole repaired-maybe 20-25 bucks no big deal-go to hardware store-get 1/4in bolt and two fender washers and some silicone in tube put silicone on washers -put one on each side of hole -put in bolt-tighten-cost about 5 bucks and 10 minutes
It's called a washing machine electrical appliance shops sell them!!!
