omg that was exactly like me when i had my pallet expander!! i no everyone will say this but u really do just have to get used to it!! it took me a few days but then i got the hang of it nd i started eating like macoroni nd stuff like that lol. but coming from someone who already had it all u have to do is try to eat with it nd then it will become easy! then when u get it out it feels sooo weird cuz u can finally touch the roof of ur mouth again lol. good luck!! (i hated my pallet lol)
First just take a deep breath. I know it hurts when you have braces. After a while you get used to it though. try getting some wax it will help A LOT. think in your head,i can do it Good luck
Unfortunately it is just something you will need to adjust to. You will learn to keep food out of it as time goes by but will probably always have some trouble as long as the expander is in. Good luck.
Clam Down Just Get Your Tongue And Take Off The Food That's Stuck In Your Expander. I Know It Nasty/Gross And Stuff But It Helps. I Been Doing It Ever Since I Had Them. And Yeah It Hurts For A Week Or Two. Hope This Helps. X]
