OK if they fall asleep put them in a cardbord box and put them out side and have you and your friend sitting around them!!
suscribe your friend to every form of junk mail you can get ur mits on. the more embarrassing the junk mail the better. the more people he lives with the funnier.
Try recording a favorite radio station but add to the recording someone shouting his name as if it were coming off the radio live. Would also be interesting with a news report if his name kept being spoken during different stories and seemed to be coming live off the radio.
It's always best to preform a prank before actually pulling it on someone. Carefully place a lot of marbles in the medicine cabinet. Ask him/her to get you some aspirin from the m.c., and they spill and scatter all over.
put a small bit of laxative into his drink, but remove all the toilet paper from the bathrooms, hope he doesn't notice, and then if he walks out give him a wedgie, make sure you have someone to record it on tape
