How can I purify water with a cardboard box, and piece of aluminum foil?

Answer:

assuming you have other containers, you could run the water through the cardboard (like filter paper) with dirt, charcoal, sand, etc(9th grade bio, filtering)boil the water if you wish (I'd suggest it)line your beaker with aluminum foil (or mold the Al foil to a petri dish and boil it in that)There are a lot of optionsjust kinda mess around and find something that works
Forget paper, either parchment or waxedJust rub some oil on the foil, wrap the garlic heads in there and put it in the ovenWaxed paper, by the way, is usually safe in the oven to line cake tins, etcThe wax doesn't melt onto your food or catch on fire.
You don't have to line the foil with anythingJust add a little oil if you need itBut if you ever use wax paper- it's o.kIF it's oven safeThere are different kinds of waxed paperI've made the mistake of not reading the label before ;-)
The wax will burnYou can't use it in the ovenBut you can wrap garlic in tinfoil without parchment, toss it with a dash of olive oil.
I would use copy paper if you don't want to buy the parchment! that is what we have used at home since lining pans and wrapping foods was first fashionable I do not line any cookie sheets except those that are likely to leave sugar residue! I grease them like my grandmothers did I only used the parchment in the bakery I owned for many yearsThat was baking for the public rather than for the family so one has to be more carefulNOTE: little boys have been chewing their tablets and notebook papers since this stuff started being used in classrooms rather than personal chalk boards and chalk and trying to hit the pic of GeoWashington over the teacher's headNONE have gotten sick or died!!
