My hair is naturally wavy and I straighten itI use breakage control shampoo and conditioner and I use heat protection spray before I straighten my hair, but my hair is still breaking! Please help me!
insulate under the roof with either fibrous insulation or spray on foam, also fit solar panels( hot water) on the roof outside then you get cheap water heating and a cooler attic
Install a gable Vent and an exhaust fan
Install proper attic ventilation,that will also keep your HVAC from working too hard-just walk down to the store and your folks won't catch you smoking.
Hmm, there are special sprays that protect your hairPersonally, i use Joico Leave-In Detangler because it's also a thermal protectantI dont straighten my hair everyday, maybe one every three daysIt may sound gross/weird, but you can take a shower everyday but not get your hair wet, and just do minor straightening touch upsWashing your hair everyday actually DOES damage your hair, so i would reccommend washing it maybe every 3 daysAlso, if you are straightening your hair, make it around 20 percent wet so that you can seal in moisture when you straightenUsing tourmaline ceramic straighteners are better then any other straightener, because the ions from those 2 compounds make your hair straighter without the frizz, which means less straightening over and over which is a definate good thing to avoid extra damage.
