Can i use a heating pad,blankets,body warmth,etc.
wacky is right. There is too much invovled in incubating the egg and so many factors go into it that most likely the endeavor would end badly. Even if the egg did hatch, you most likely aren't equipped for raising a baby bird. If you want to do something with the egg, bring it to your local animal shelter or humane society with a wildlife department. They might be able to do something with it, but probably not.
Where exactly did you acquire a wren eggit is illegal for you to have this egg in your possession. If taken from a nest, please put it back. If found on the groundit is most likely dead.

No .No, for one thing it may not be fertile ,it could have been left out in the cold too long. Also you do not have the experience or any idea how to incubate eggs ,a blanket or heat pad is about as much use as a chocolate fire place, and the egg shell could easily be broken next to your body . So for all your good intentions I would say forget it ,a Wren is a small bird and there is no way you could feed it correctly. Sorry but I have to be so blunt.
