I bought a clear quartz pendant on etsy. It is as clear as glass and free of inclusions/Imperfections. I'm wondering if it is a fake and made of glass.
Thats a matter of tastse and oppinion, I enjoy classic revoloving quartz watches.
Mechanical watches are not as accurate as quartz watches. A mechanical watch needs to be wound every day and usually lose up to 2 minutes a day. A quartz watch, even a cheap one, lose only seconds a day. A battery usually lasts up to 7 years.
Quartz watches are more accurate, you don't need to wind them, and they're more resilient to damage. I don't have any links regarding accuracy, but the link below from a reputable information site states quite matter-of-factly that they are more accurate.
