I hear that most people just put the elliptical on the hardest they can go, and it will make you look as if you are as weak as a turtle, and as slow as one.and it supposedly makes you sweat ten times more, but it's a great way to loose weight! Just do at first maybe 5 minutes of a not so hard level on the ellipctical, then 15 mins on the hardest, or as hard as you can go to still move but with using all your force, and then 10 minutes on the easy levelWith that, you can do squats, wall squats/wall sit, jump squats, burpees, side lunges, lunges, high knees, plank, bridges.and find more on google or if you have pinterest, go on pinterest to the health and fitness section and look for exercises there!
