How did the hand soak in the soldering flux?
With water and non abrasive soap, wash thoroughly but gently for more than 5 minutes
Clean with soap or rinse with plenty of water. There's usually no problem
First rinse with alcohol, then dry with a cloth and rinse with soap and water
Wash hands are generally weak, acidic or neutral, not too corrosive
