How did they hoist William penn up on to phila city hall?
Well i live here and they did it with a large crane. I also think he was put up in sections not one piece then they cemented him together ! But hold on a min i'll check to make ure about the facts ok the staue is made of bronze and weighs 26 tons WOW! so it was hoisted and fixed atop city hall of course using heavy cables and maybe 1 or two cranes BTW the statue is Hollow and has a crawl space
