How do I cut craft foam?

I need to mass produce little custom pieces of thin (1/4) foam rubber sheets. Please someone tell me what kind of a machine I need?

last year I faced this roofing repair problem and used epdm as a reapiring material and found it very sound on all these grounds.

I would honestly put D only because i am an EMT and we are taught not to use our own eyeglasses for protection! Its all about the Body Substance Isolation.think about it though, the things that led me to D are A: SAFETY B: SPLASHPROOF C:SHIELD and eyeglasses don't do any of those!!
