I went to the gym the other day and did the tricep exercise where you grab a dumbbell and put it behind your head then straighten both arms so it is above your head (I forget the name). anyway while I was doing it I noticed it seemed to put a lot of strain on my elbows. I play baseball so elbow injuries are devastating but I need to work triceps and that's as good a work out as anyso how can I do that exercise without potentially hurting my elbows?
