Use better discs. Error 324 is related to burn quality. Burning slower on bad media is still bad media. Try Verbatims or Sonys.
You no longer need a backup loader to play backups. you need cIOSCORP. PM me and i will send you a link to a package that contains everything you need to fully softmod your wii and more,
