I purchased the chair about 3-4 yrs ago from Pier 1 Imports and they told me it was discontinued. The chair is called Madison Chair #13010 Fab#9470. It is a paisley arm chair.
You might want to cut a small piece of material from the bottom of the chair and take it to a fabric store and see if they have the same fabric, then you can have a another chair covered in the same fabric. Sometimes if you can find out who the manufacturer of the material is, you can call them and see if they still have it and where you can purchase it. Other than that look on Ebay or Craig's list and see if you can find a match to your chair. Hope this helps.
