The instructions did not give any specifics on a type of fabric and said to place the iron on a whool setting then to cover the letters with a cloth and press iron for 20 seconds. Not sticking. Please help!
Leave the iron on the wool setting on polyester too long and you will find out what happens!
You can't without melting the jersey. Try fabric glue
