I am irregular and feel bloated all the time because of itI evaluated my diet and realized i don't get even close to recommended fiber intakeI eat oatmeal but a small amount and bread with lunch and tht pretty much makes up my fiberThis irks me please help

fruit, vegetables, beans and grains are the best thing for fiberbread doesn't have much fiber at all but whole wheat/ grain bread does eat whole oat oatmeal with fresh fruit or eat a piece of whole bread with peanut butterthings i eat for fiber are air popped popcorn( very high in fiber), peanut butter, bananas, apples, oranges, broccoli, corn, green beans, lima beans, black eyes peas, and refried beans
