Question:

How do I make a cone/funnel, 7 in diameter, 11-12 in focal point, and 1-2 in diameter at the small end?

How do I make a cone/funnel, 7 in diameter, 11-12 in focal point, and 1-2 in diameter at the small end?

Answer:

focal point? Do you mean length? If so, mark a circle 13 inches in radius on the metal or other material to make the funnel with a 1 circle on the same center in the middle. For the top of the funnel to have a 7 diameter, the circumference must be 22. The circumference of a 13 circle is 81.7 so you only need 22/81.7 fraction of the big circle which is 97 degrees, so mark that and cut the metal or other material with radial cuts at the 97 degree point. Shape the cone
yeah, most of the bosch have a cover over the connection that snaps open, so open it and you will be able to snap it on. Otherwise, go to autozone and grab an adapter (they usually come with the package, but if not you can probably get a free one if you say you bought it there)
