everytime i try to make the shadow clone jutsu its ram,snake,tiger and i cant do it so where can i learn a real jutsu?
You can't. They don't exist. Real ninjas in history didn't even use jutsus. That's all fiction.

You must first build a jig to preform a real jutsu.
You have to be standing in the center of Times square, facing East. Take a bottle. It is VERY important that it is dyed red.
