my best could only go to the mid section of a body, but ive seen people kick people in the head with a kick like in bruce lees movies and donnie yens kung fu movies. what stretches can i do to preform better high kicks??
It's easy. Just practice.
it took me about a year to do cause i'm not to flexabile but, if you stretch your legs a lot and learn the technique you can perform the high kick great, a lot of strecthing and if you can do the splits you probly can do it. Two good things you should do is put your leg on a chair or something high and reach your body into your leg attempt the splits a lot and yoga is good to.
