Question:

How do I set my Quartz clock's alarm?

So I can't figure my clock out then ever I turn the dial for the alarm and it gets close to the hour hand the alarm goes off, but how am i supposed to set it? The clock is sliver metal that is rectangular with black sides. The face is oval, rimmed with black. The second hand is silver and the minute and hour hands are black, and the alarm hand is yellowish. On the back it has the dial for the clock, the alarm and a button to switch the alarm on and off.So if you know how to set the alarm I would greatly appreciate it.

Answer:

I don't know if you know the temp needed to melt quartz, but it would probably take more power then your house has. You sure can't buy these at your normal ceramic houses. If you continue on this endeavor you will need to define your need with more clarity. 400 kg/hour doesn't anything to most people. I know what it means. You want to process 400 kg in one hour. Makes no sense. Do you know that 400 kg is about a 1,000lbs. What you need to determine is how big the inside cavity needs to be and what Temperature you want to sustain for what length of time and also the cool down period needed. You can't air shock anything so hot as they can explode almost like a volcano; so they come with safety latches that won't open until it reaches a set temp. The more controls, the higher the cost. Maybe you should take up a less expensive hobby.. I just some additional research for you. Quartz melts at over 2000 degrees Celsius, most are electric and one very basic unit that holds just1kg costs over 1,000 bucks before extras.
melting point of quartz is so high that most ovens would melt first.
