So if any of you know Sortedfoods, they have this seriously amazing chocolate cake that I want to make for a friend's birthdayBut I may need to make it a day or two before the daySo I live in a very humid and hot place so I don't know if I should leave it out or in the fridgeIt's a double layered chocolate cake with both chocolate buttercream AND chocolate ganache.Or maybe I can even freeze it? Store it in the refrigerator leaving out wouldn't be a good idea if you dont have a cake box you can always cover it with aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator and if you are going to get a cake box make sure is closed tightly and store it in the refrigeratorGood Luck.
