Don't dive into the crusher
If you have a tank of water at least double the depth compared to your height it may be safe for diving. Get up to the ledge place your toes over the edge. Arms over your head in a streamlined position. chin tucked to your chest, and simply bend at the waist and fall in. If you can avoid bending your knees, you will do a perfect dive everytime.
You sound young and inexperienced so be careful. Try bungee diving, there may be places that teach bungee or equipment to dive with in your town. This will allow you to do the same thing as water diving over and over again Spartawo...
A pool would be a LOT safer than a rock pit. And there's a right way to do really serious diving - get someone who knows how to teach you and watch you.
