I don't understand how reflective surfaces and people's eyes can be illuminated like there is light when its night vision. There should be no light sources within the camera itself or outside of the camera am I right?
if you get it too hot it won,t stick heat it up to the point where the solder just flows then remove the heat,

Make sure that you heat the fittingnot the pipe. The other basic rules are: pipe and fittings clean and dry. Use emery cloth and wire fitting brush to scratch the fittings up. Apply fresh flux to both parts. Some of the newer fluxes will separate if kept in a hot place and will need to be stirred up before use. Make sure the solder is for plumbing use. Do not apply the heat to the pipe where it enters the fitting. Apply the heat well back on the fitting so the solder gets sucked all the way in to the fitting which is where you want it. Practice this for a bit and you will get the hang of it. I taught my kids how to do this when they were 5 years old and they did quite well. It is very easy. Good luck
