How do people get their videos to look this way?
There are a couple of things going onIn general though its better cameras with color correction and editingHowever the most important aspect has nothing to do with the quality of the technology but with the composition of the shotsYes there is a difference in image quality and as far as I know the Flip has no depth of fieldIts not just one effect as much as just planning and knowing what you are dong and what you wantSome may want the look that the last video had, but they would edit it with other shots to make it seem like a music video.
