I bought a Polyester navy blue dress from JC Penny with rhinestone decorations on the front. I didn‘t realize till I had worn it at a wedding that there was dried glue next to the rhinestones in two spots and it is white mark about 1/4 inch. I can‘t take it back as it has been worn without a hassle. Also I really like the outfit . I tried adhesive remover, and finger nail polish and it remains. I tried washing it as the instructions say and it remains. Is there any way to remove it? It probably came from the factory and was never caught.
