how do you get on myspace bypassing the school system?
Sounds like one or more of the rollers is sticking. This would cause one side to drag as the other side goes down. Try oiling all of the rollers and put some grease in the tracks. There also could be a problem with the tension springs not putting equal pressure on both sides of the door.
