How do you get rid of arm flab?

What are some good work outs to get rid of the arm flab? or special diet? I seriously need this. Help??

swimming.. lifting weights.. pushups.. sitting on the edge of a chair, dropping your butt and pushing up with your arms. using the handles @ the pool as stable lifts, and doing pullups. curls, reverse curls, getting a resistance chord, placing it on your foot, and pulling away from your body, tae bo, and boxing. google arm exercises to help you along with it
skull crushers, any arm excercise that concentrates in that area
Do simple workouts like pushups, or anything that works your arms, you could use anything that is weighted, just work your arms out, get muscle to make up for the flab.
If you lose weight all together then it will go from all arms, but you should be toning your arms 3-4 times a week by using dumbbells to do different exercises. You can also do bench Dips, crunches, planks and push ups. Do these about 6 times each and 3 times a week, you should start seeing results in about 4 weeks. Good luck :)
Biceps curls with a 5-10 pound dumbbell for a beginner. Then for the triceps muscle at the back of the arm using the same dumbbell, bend over from the waist and hold the weight in your hand and bend your elbow until your lower arm is at a 45 degree angle from your upper arm. Then raise your lower arm behind you until your entire arm is almost straight. Do Not lock your elbow. Do about 20 of these and then rest for a minute and do 20 more. Do the same number of the biceps curls.
