how do you make a baked potato in the oven?
Wash dry the potato, then rub it with some oil and add some salt and wrap it in an aluminium foil, and bake it at 160 to 170 degC., for abt 40 to 45 mins!!!! The salt aids in absorption of heat of the potato !!!!
