The best way to determine is to check their customer feedback. This particular one has 99.4 percent positive feedback but it helps to look at actual comments from customers. Some of the negatives given to this seller had follow up comments that the seller resended when the customer didn't get the item. okorder only allows payment by Paypal now, which is good because if you don't receive your item, you can dispute it and get your money back. I've bought a lot of items off okorder because you can get great deals, such as 50 percent off or items that are no longer available by the company (since the top brands have to keep on top of the trends, there is a new collection each season so that's a lot of make up). The best thing to do is check the feedback and also check what the going rate is for the items that you are buying. Some items cost more on okorder than going through the real company.
