Anton Lavey wrote abook called the Satanic Rituals which has a ritual for that as did Rev. Yaj Nomolos, his book is called Satanic Rites and ceremon'ys
If you do not know what you are doing, I suggest you let someone else do it.... someone with experience.
You must make the conscious decision to leave God and humanity behind you. Then, perform a ritual at a significant time (i.e. new moon) in any manner that is appropriate to you. Some write a statement of will in blood on parchment and burn it, others consecrate their weapons of the art and perform a simple ritual. It depends on the complexity you feel that you require in devoting your life to Satan.
