Answer:

Belt sander; grinder, depending upon what the piece of metal isIf it's something large like car or machinery, yeahIf it's just something small like a nail file (kidding), try some naval jelly, which is a strong jelly made to take off rust.
sand paper, grinder, aluminum paper, kerosene and oil, wire brush, try and paint it with a rust stopping paint or something of the sort so it will not continue to rust
Muriatic acid from the hardware store.Keep the area wet with it until the rust dissolves. This is dangerous stuff like anything strong enough to dissolve rust and you must use rubber gloves and eye protection.Don.t breathe the vapors.
sand paper but to stop the rust from spreadingtake oil put it in a spray bottle then put a little karosine in there so it thins the oil so its able to spray out of the bottle but u have to repeat this every month cause it does come of after heavy rainstorms aluminum paper will help but the rust will still come back in about a week inless u prime and paint it

This is a relatively easy taskPurchase either a tall container of 134a with the nozzle attached or by the hose and gauge either from a Wal-Mart or parts storeWith the engine running attach the filler hose to the low pressure sideThe original caps on the a/c aluminum tubes run directly in front of the engine and behind the radiatorMy caps are blue and have H and L labeledThe low pressure side is thicker than the highHave the a/c runningMake sure the can is upside down and occasionally shake the can or move it repeatedly as if shaking a paint can side to sideThe pressure gauge on the filler house needs to move to the area indicated greenDepending on the amount lost you will need anywhere from 1 to 3 cans of refrigerantThe connections on the new 134a are pop ons and are not screw typesHope this helps.
