Answer:

i empathise with u! my cat does the same thingi've tried rubbing lemon on my door but it didn't workshe still does it but she's only inside at the moment as she's had kittens otherwise she's outsidemaybe rub something on the door that she doesn't like the smell of or place something that scares her by ur doorgood luck To all the people who say to leave the door open - my cat still scratched the door when i did thissome cats just have attitudesmy cat's attitude is don't call me I'll call u
Ok, first if you want to have the elevator function in the basement and meet with the upper floors, you must have an area on the ground floor that is on ground level (not on a foundation) to place an elevator onAlso, the elevator must be placed on top of some type of flooring material on each levelAnother thing is, that the elevators must line up vertically or else they won't workThey do not have to face in the same direction but they must connect going up and down.
Try playing with him more before you go to bedTire him outSometimes cats get into a habit or routine so do something to try to break that habit My cat used to run around like a madman at around 6 AMHunger couldn't explain itIf I grabbed him to cuddle he'd usually be good for another hour or two.
You don'tUnless you have another room you can shut him in, he will keep doing itCats can't seem to learn not to scratch at doors when humans want to sleepYou could, of course, let him sleep on your bed, but he'd probably get you up anyway - cats like early mornings better than most people do.
Cats don't like sticky surface so get the below and use the masking tape to attach the board on your door without damaging the surface: a cardboard (same width as the door and at least 24 inches tall) double sided tapes (enough to cover the cardboard) masking tape or painter tape
