Answer:

push it with a screw driver
Is if for a sk8teboard wheel? if so use your trucks and put the wheel on one end of the truck and wedge/pull it out. It should pop out pretty easy. to put it back in you put the bearing in place and use the one end of the truck again and just push it in.
There are many ways to look at this particular question. To actually get the entire bearing out of the wheel stick a screwdriver into the round hole of the bearing. Then just pop it out. To actually grease the ball bearings within the bearing, you have to pop off the back shield. I only know that you can do this with Bones Reds. They have a special back that sits in the bearing. Pull this off and you'll have access to the balls in the bearing. If you don't have Bones Reds don't try to take the back off, cause it might break the bearing. After pulling off the back, you can put lube in the balls and then spin the bearing in your fingers to spread the lube. To put the back, back on you need to properly separate the bearings. Then place the back on and replace your bearings into the wheel. Before greasing the bearing, wipe off the bearing with a paper towel, clean the bearings as well before greasing by shaking them in nail polish remover .
