I would replace her manicure set. I don't think a sharpener would cost as much. Flowers and a card sometimes just won't cut. I have to say I am not surprised you didn't think to replace the kit you used, you don't sound like you think much as it is.

I know it's popular to say God doesn't throw anyone in Hell. But what does Jesus say? Luke 12:4-7 I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do. (5) But I will warn you whom to fear: fear him who, after he has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him! (6) Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. (7) Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows. As for suicide, it's like any other sin. What really matters is if you've been born again (2 Cor 5:17). If you belong to God, then you belong to Him forever. We all still sin as Christians (1 John ch 1) but the real issue is whether or not you've been truly saved.

Horace.. Usually you have good answers but you over did it this time. He can't possibly give her access to the tools. She could possibly use one of them on him while he's sleeping. Bad news.
