I have a 05.5 VW jetta 2.5L and i want to put a magna flow exhaust system on it. How hard is it to do this myself? And any idea how long it will take? I dont know all that much about cars but im thinking i can figure it out.
If you don't get the direct bolt on kit, it may still be simple. Just take acurate measurements for purchasing exhaust couplers and clamps if needed. You may have to do some cutting with a hack saw or just use a grinding wheel to cut out the old parts. If you were to have everything on hand and no or minimal trips to the auto parts store, you may do it from anywhere from 1-3 hours. This also depends on your know how and creativeness. Its not hard at all. Its mainly bolt on bolt off which is the hardest part if u cant get it off. if you break the bolts u can always get new ones Good Luck
