Lifting the rear of the car may not be as easy as you think. But a hernia operation will be the real challenge. Don't hurt yourself silly. If you can, bounce it off the ground instead of dead lifting it. And wear a good power lifting belt. Good Luck
Well try clearing any unnecessary weight from the rear of the car to lighten it up. Tell your friend you don't want him to t-bag you or anything while your carrying that damn thing so get him to sit on the very end of his bonnet and stay there. If your strong enough you'll be able to lift it up a bit.
