If it isnt that important to drink with the rest of the stuff, I'll just juice the carrots and take out the pulp the night beforeHowever, if the pulp is really good for you, then I can stand to keep drinking it.

Answer:

If you are using up more energy with activity than you take in with food, you should loose weight, unless there is an underlying medical problem with thyroid, endocrine, hormones etcYou need to be making sure you are taking in enough caloriesUnder 1200 calories is a starvation diet and will cause you to end up putting on more weight because of the starvation response of the bodyStart putting more effort into your daily chores, as this burns fatDrink at least 8 glasses of water a day Eat 5 smaller portioned meals of approx 300 calories eachProtein builds muscle which in turn burns fatEat more proteins from lean chicken, turkey, red meats, eggs, fish, nuts and seedsGet approx 130 grams of complex carbs a day from wholegrains, beans, brown rice and pastaIt takes approx 8-12 weeks to notice a difference so persevere, and always give yourself a treat day once a week to keep you motivated and to stop you getting resentful of your dietDon't go over board with this and just replace one of your meals with a treatSet goals and reward yourself when you loose a certain amount of weightDon't reward with food, reward with an item of clothing, massage, pedicure etcMost of all be consistant and don't give upYou need to drink 1 glass of water every hour to flush out stored waterGood luck, you CAN do it!! Believe you can do it and feel yourself thinnerIt's amazing what the power of the mind can do.
You need the essential pulp as insoluble fiberWe need lots of soluble and insoluble fiber in our daily diet to give the intestines something to push against and to cut transit time food travels from the mouth to the anusI hope you are not removing the pulp from anything else in your juiceIt would be much healthier to eat the fruit and vegetables as they areJuicing concentrates sugars and causes blood sugar spikes that can increase hunger pangs through insulin spikesOur bodies are designed to process chewed food, not something that has been through blender blades.
I found the book to be very informative and easy to readI've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quicklyI will admit I haven't followed the guide exactlyI'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd loseSo thanks again for the informationI've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surpriseGet started today!
maybe you have something wrong w/ur metabolic processes.i have polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition which affects ur metabolism.i ate soooooo healthily, worked out 5 days a week and would lose a minimal amount of weight.so i gave up on that.finally i talk to my doc about it and she put me on a medication that allowed for me to lose 30 pounds literally w/out trying at all or even changing my diet.to be quite honest i started getting piggy w/it since it didn.t matter what i ate, i was still losing.but now that i am done w/that losing weight/honeymoon phase, i eat healthy and excercise.another symptom of pcos is fat on the belly area.like no matter how much weight i lose, i cannot get rid of it.maybe you should see a doctor who will look deeper into ur condition than just ur weight.it might be that, just being overweight or it mmight be something more.
