I hate oatmeal ever since they served it to me one time in the hospital it was plain oatmeal I felt i was eating bu-gars and gooky substance and they gave me abit brown sugar ever since than i hate oatmeal but i feel that I haven't gaven oatmeal a chance and i want to give it one more try since its supposedly soo healthyI have a packet in my cabinet of quaker oatmeal high fiberShould i try it or whats a better Super Oatmeal i want to be impressed and happy with oatmeal .is there one i can make from scratch but also low on calories and FILLING!!

yes oatmeal is very healthy for youThe first time I tried it I hated it toBut the reason why is because of the way the person prepared itI now eat oatmeal everyday and have my health recipe here for you to tryBecause my recipe does not contain any unhealthy sugars or fats.Oh and by the way my recipe is really filling tooAll you need is plain oatmeal and cook it with 1% milk to make it taste creamy.Then after you cook it you just add a handful of chopped walnuts and slivered almondsThen sprinkle it with some raisins and a tablespoon of honey.Lastly cut a banana on top or add some mixed berriesIt is very healthy and very filling I am full for 4 hours straight.
