try seasoning the fish w/ salt pepper garlic and onion powder then make a topping for the fish w/ Ritz crackersin a bowl add broken up crackers about 2 sleaves1/2 cup melted butter and mixslowly add soup stock or water to get a moist consistencyadd parsley flakes garlic powderand mix top off each piece of fish and cook in the broiler until fish is done and stuffing on top is lightly brownedyou may also add chopped up crab meat or immitation crab meat to this topping.
