i just got braces today and i got a pallet expander but its like an inch thick and it sucks to talk, theres alot of drooling and its hard to drink stuff without choking, so i really wanna kno how long am i gonna get this for since all the dentist said was till my teeth were doing better, but a friend of mine has one that is thin and he doesnt have that speaking problem, wats the difference? which one is better? thanks in advance
