Question:

How long does it take for body to get used to a high fiber diet?

I'm a college student so I don't really have time to cook anythingThe only type of food that I am able to eat are sandwich and microwavable frozen vegetableSo, the only types of grain I consume are stone ground whole grain and whole wheatI recently noticed that I have been getting diarrhea more often and I know that it's because of the high amount of fiber I consume everyday from eating whole grain/wheat sandwiches (Usually 8-9 servings of all wheat/grain per day)I try to drink 10 glass of water a day, but I can usually make it to around 8 and that's it.How long does it take for my body to get used to a high fiber diet?

Answer:

if you can get to the floor joists under the second floor you can install what is known as sound deadening board between the joiststhis is s a kind of thick board made of paper.
That doesn't sound rightA high fiber diet will result in firmer stools and constipation, not diarrheaYou might have a stomach bug or somethingA mild intestinal infection will give you diarrhea with virtually no other symptomsThis may sound gross, but is there mucus in it? Sometimes after a diet change the presense of diarrhea with mucus can be from a food allergyAgain, switching to a high fiber diet will result in hard firm stools, not diarrhea.
